An experienced QA professional with strong leadership in automation using Selenium WebDriver with Java. Proficient in Karate with a proven ability to mentor junior team members. Analytical, collaborative, and quality-focused with a passion for driving test automation excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts using Selenium WebDriver, TestNG, Maven, Karate, Rest Assured, and Cucumber (BDD).
- Perform end-to-end testing of web applications, APIs, and microservices, particularly within the banking and finance domain.
- Collaborate with developers, product managers, and manual testers to identify test scenarios and maximize test coverage.
- Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines using tools like Jenkins, GitLab CI, or GitHub Actions.
- Debug and analyse test failures, log detailed bug reports, and ensure timely defect resolution.
- Execute API testing using Postman and validate services through automated frameworks.
- Maintain and update test documentation, including test plans, strategies, and test cases.
- Contribute to continuous improvements in test processes, frameworks, and tools.
