Our client, a wealth management firm, is looking for an HRIS Analyst to join their team. This is a contract role and fully remote.


Responsibilities

You will be responsible for the design, testing, implementation and administration of the Workday Human Resource Information System (HRIS).

You will work directly with the Recruitment, Payroll, Benefits, Compensation and Employee Relations teams to design, plan, test and implement changes for them. We need someone who can be trusted to handle this sensitive data, and who will take especial care and thought prior to making any system changes.


Education Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent years of experience
  • Five years or more years configuration experience in core HCM modules: Talent, Compensation, Performance, Security Configuration.
  • VNDLY experience preferred
  • Workday Pro Certified, preferred

Basic Requirements

  • Proficiency in creating and editing business processes, custom reports and dashboards.
  • Triage, diagnose, and resolve issues originating from end-users, business process events, and integration events.
  • VNDLY integration experience desired.
  • Take the lead on assigned HRIS projects: plan, design, build, test, release, learn.
  • Create and maintain end-user and training documentation.
  • Maintain proper change management documentation to satisfy the company’s internal/external audit controls and compliance practices.
  • Prepare for and support twice-annual upgrades and annual HCM processes, such as performance, calibration and compensation review.
  • Proactively monitor new features released by Workday and advocate for appropriate adoption plans.
  • Extensive knowledge of quantitative and qualitative research methods.
  • Learning agility - Able to quickly assimilate to new projects or information, and stay organized throughout multiple priorities.
  • Effective presentation skills - Able to write technical matters clearly and verbally restate complex issues in an effective manner for the audience.
  • Trusted team player - Be someone who can work well throughout the department and multiple levels in the organization.
  • Demonstrates priority setting, business acumen, project planning and composure under pressure.
