Job Title: Recruiting Assistant (Direct Hire)

Location: 100% Remote

Duration: Direct Hire

Salary Range: $48K to $50K/annum

Job Description:

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers
• Manage candidate communications and ensure a seamless hiring process
• Maintain accurate data in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
• Assist in onboarding new hires, including background checks and IT coordination
• Work closely with recruiting teams to support hiring needs

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Recruiting Assistant
• Proficient with ATS systems and MS Office (Excel, Outlook, Word)
• Strong organizational skills, ability to manage high-volume tasks
• Professional demeanor with excellent communication skills
• Oracle HCM system implementation expected in about 9 months.
• Experience with ADP or similar ATS preferred but not mandatory.
