### Role Overview

We are seeking a slightly senior-level MERN Stack Developer with 2–3 years of proven experience. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, Node.js, and a passion for developing high-quality, efficient, and scalable web applications.

### Responsibilities

- Design, develop, and deploy high-performance web applications using the MERN stack.

- Lead and mentor junior developers when needed.

- Collaborate with designers and product managers to create responsive, user-friendly interfaces.

- Optimize applications for speed and scalability.

- Debug, troubleshoot, and resolve technical issues.

- Keep up-to-date with modern web technologies and best practices.

### Requirements

- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.

- 2–3 years of professional MERN Stack development experience.

- Proficiency in JavaScript, React.js, Node.js, Express.js.

- Hands-on experience with MongoDB or other NoSQL databases.

- Experience with Redux, RESTful APIs, microservices architecture.

- Strong understanding of front-end technologies (HTML5, CSS3, responsive design).

- Familiarity with Git and version control.

- Excellent communication skills in English (mandatory).

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
