About The Role
We are seeking a
Performance Marketing Manager to lead and scale multi-channel paid campaigns across
Amazon Ads, Google Ads, Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram), and SEO initiatives. The ideal candidate is
data-driven, ROI-focused, and experienced in driving measurable growth through digital marketing strategies.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, execute, and optimize PPC campaigns across Amazon, Google, and Meta platforms.
- Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and audience targeting to maximize campaign performance.
- Develop and implement SEO strategies to enhance website ranking, organic traffic, and visibility.
- Monitor, analyze, and report campaign performance metrics (CTR, CPC, ROAS, CAC, conversions).
- Manage marketing budgets efficiently to ensure maximum ROI.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (content, design, product) for consistent messaging and brand alignment.
- Stay updated on industry trends, emerging ad features, and algorithm updates.
- Conduct A/B testing on creatives, landing pages, and campaigns to optimize results.
Requirements
- Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of proven experience in performance marketing across Amazon, Google, and Meta Ads.
- Demonstrated success in driving growth through PPC and SEO campaigns.
- Strong command of marketing tools such as Google Analytics, Google Ads Manager, Meta Ads Manager, Amazon Advertising, SEMrush/Ahrefs.
- Analytical mindset with strong data interpretation and strategic decision-making skills.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and project management abilities.
Preferred Skills
- Experience in e-commerce and marketplace growth strategies.
- Familiarity with marketing automation tools and CRM systems.
- Relevant certifications (Google Ads, Meta Blueprint, Amazon Advertising) will be a plus.
