Position: Social Media Marketing Assistant

Role: We’re looking for someone who knows how to grab attention and connect with our audience on a deeper level. You’ll bring fresh, scroll-stopping content ideas that align with our brand’s voice, resonate with our target consumer, and drive awareness, engagement, and conversions. You’ll be a creator and a strategist, working on content while also collaborating with a network of third-party creators. You’ll be planning, scheduling, and posting content, as well as managing our growing online community. The successful candidate will ideally have experience across marketing, social media, advertising, copywriting, content creation, and graphic design.
Key Responsibilities:
Content Ideation: Propose content that captures attention, foster engagement, and inspire brand loyalty. Ensure content aligns with brand’s values and aesthetic.
Content Creation: Passion for ideating social content with strong video editing skills (Adobe + CapCut) and a portfolio of scroll-stopping content. Oversee the production process for social media content. Manage a network of third-party content creators, ensuring they understand brand standards and timelines.
Content Management: Own the scheduling, posting, and calendar management of all content to maintain a cohesive, timely, and dynamic social media presence.
Skills:
• Degree in the field of Marketing, Communications, Advertising, Digital Media, or similar would be great.
• Experience in social media and content creation, ideally with engaging consumer brands.
• Strong skills in social media content creation, including graphic design, and video.
• Ability to manage and organise content production across multiple creators and timelines.
• Proactive and ambitious with a desire to get sh*t done in a major way and knock through brick walls if needed.
• Team-player. We’re colleagues but also friends unless it’s a team quiz and then it’s everyone for themselves.
