About the Role
We are seeking a Graphic Designer and Illustrator to support the creation of the Priorities Report 2026 and additional event-related materials. This is a highly collaborative role where you’ll work closely with researchers, editors, and the design lead to bring complex ideas to life through impactful layouts, illustrations, and information graphics.
This initiative runs annually, with design work beginning in the spring and final delivery the first week of January. You’ll play a key role in producing visuals that not only enhance the report itself but also support marketing efforts and speaking engagements that follow.
Responsibilities
- Design and refine layouts, illustrations, and graphics for the Priorities Report 2026.
- Create information graphics, editorial illustrations, and supporting visuals for presentations and events.
- Iterate quickly on designs based on feedback from researchers, editors, and stakeholders.
- Collaborate with research teams, design leads, and developers to ensure cohesive output.
- Communicate effectively with authors and contributors via live meetings and asynchronous channels.
- Deliver production-ready files in multiple formats with clean, organized source assets.
Qualifications
- Strong visual design, illustration, and information graphics skills.
- Ability to work independently, move quickly, and manage multiple iterations.
- Experience delivering multiple creative concepts under tight timelines.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, and MS PowerPoint.
- Strong portfolio showcasing relevant visual design and illustration work (must be provided).
