What You Will Be Doing
You will lead the Amazon strategy for brands and act as their go-to expert. That includes everything from ad execution to SEO testing, catalog performance, and profitability forecasting. You’ll be client-facing and results-driven, expected to bring real industry experience to the table while leveraging Arvanza’s best-in-class SOPs, leadership training, and proven frameworks to scale accounts and deliver measurable outcomes.
Your core responsibilities will include:
- Owning the full Amazon growth strategy for each assigned brand
- Planning and optimizing Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, and Sponsored Display campaigns
- Building quarterly roadmaps and adjusting based on performance, seasonality, and market trends
- Improving TACOS, ad sales, organic rank, and overall profitability
- Solving issues across inventory, listings, and promotions to drive growth
- Communicating directly with clients via Slack and Zoom with confidence and clarity
- Working with internal teams to execute ads, creative, SEO, and backend operations
- Monitoring performance with your operations team and providing insight-backed recommendations
- Leading client strategy calls and sharing plans that drive real outcomes
You should only apply if:
- You have at least 2 years of experience managing brands in a consulting environment on Seller Central
- You have worked in an agency or consulting environment which entails working with multiple personality types
- You know how to run ads, fix catalog issues, and analyze performance trends
- You communicate clearly, ask the right questions, and can handle tough conversations
- You enjoy collaborating in deep marketing and analytical conversations with both your peers and your clients
- You are organized and can manage multiple accounts without dropping the ball
- You enjoy learning, improving, and helping clients scale
- You work well remotely and stay accountable without hand-holding
- You’re fluent with Slack, Google Workspace, Canva, and project management tools like Monday.com
- Owned end-to-end Amazon strategy across catalogs with 25+ active SKUs, using tools like Brand Analytics, Helium 10, and Custom Data dashboards
- Managed Amazon ad accounts with $50K+ monthly budgets and know how to optimize for contribution margin, profitability, and sustainable growth
- You can see through the chaos Amazon throws your way and identify the highest-leverage actions that actually build a brand
- You are based in the US and able to accommodate meetings or client needs across various time zones if necessary.
