Senior Software Engineer, you will take the lead in shaping this mission-critical system, setting architectural direction, and solving real-world challenges that bridge digital systems with physical production.
What You’ll Do
- Architect & Build: Design and implement a robust enterprise software platform that connects operations, sales, logistics, and manufacturing into a seamless ecosystem.
- End-to-End Tracking: Develop applications that monitor the lifecycle of millions of components, ensuring traceability, quality, and compliance across global operations.
- Technical Leadership: Drive technical decisions, own delivery schedules, scope features, and guide other engineers to achieve ambitious goals.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with engineers, operators, and business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into scalable software solutions.
- Scalability & Reliability: Build highly available, secure, and fault-tolerant systems that support rapid growth and mission-critical workloads.
- Data Accessibility: Maintain a clean, consistent backend data model that enables effortless integration with analytics and business intelligence tools.
- User-Centric Design: Create intuitive interfaces and workflows that prioritize functionality and usability for diverse internal users.
Qualifications
Required
- 5+ years of professional software development experience with Python, Java, or Go.
- Proficiency with backend frameworks such as Django or Flask.
- Experience with frontend frameworks like React or Next.js.
- Strong background in relational and non-relational database integration.
- Proven experience in a technical leadership role (architect, lead engineer, or product owner).
Preferred
- Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or related field.
- 10+ years of software development experience.
- Background in architecting large-scale systems such as ERP, MRP, MES, CRM, logistics, or warehouse management platforms.
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage both technical and non-technical audiences.
Location
This role is based in Hawthorne, CA, within a 35,000 sq. ft. state-of-the-art facility designed for collaboration, R&D, and production. The site is centrally located in Los Angeles’ fast-growing tech hub, surrounded by a vibrant ecosystem of innovative companies.

Compensation & Benefits
- Compensation: $150,000–$250,000, plus equity. Final package tailored to experience, technical expertise, and unique contributions.
