Job description 

 

We´re looking for a talented Freelance Graphic Designer to help us bring our marketing and sales materials to the next level. 

 

In this position, you will be responsible for crafting clear, engaging, and professional presentations, pitch decks, and sales collateral that effectively communicate our brand message to both internal and external audiences. Your expertise will also be instrumental in designing website layouts, creating compelling visuals for digital platforms, and developing internal templates that maintain consistency across our communications.  Collaborating closely with our Management Team and Sales & Marketing Team, as well as colleagues across various departments, you will ensure that all materials align with our brand identity and standards. 

 

The ideal candidate is highly skilled in tools such as InDesign, Powerpoint, and Photoshop, has a good eye for layout and branding, and can turn complex information into clear and compelling designs. You should be able to work independently, adept at managing multiple tasks, and adapt quickly to new requests. Experience creating materials for corporate presentations, webinars, or B2B sales is highly desirable.

Responsibilities 

  • Design high-quality, professional presentations, pitch decks, sales, and other materials that effectively communicate our brand and message. 
  • Design website layouts, visuals, and any other internal or external graphics tasks as needed across the organisation. 
  • Maintain and update materials as needed. 
  • Collaborate closely with Management, Sales and Marketing, and other teams to ensure that materials align with our branding guidelines and business objectives. 
  • Stay up to date with the latest trends, tools, and developments. 
  • Contribute to Nordic Innovators as a whole. 

 

Candidate requirements 

  • Proven experience in graphic design, particularly in creating corporate presentations, pitch decks, sales materials, etc.  
  • Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop, etc.), and Powerpoint (and/or other similar tools). 
  • Fluency in English (C1 minimum). 
  • Any experience with or understanding of business operations would be an advantage but is not essential. 
  • Any experience with consultancy, project financing, creating investor decks, etc. would be an advantage but is not essential. 
  • Experience working independently with limited supervision and being proactive. 
  • A team player who contributes to the existing positive working environment. 
  • Excellent people and communication skills to build a positive connection and to collaborate effectively. 
  • Client-focused and forward-centric mindset with the capacity to inspire others.

Recruitment will take place between Tuesday September 30th and Friday October 3rd. In this time candidates will be invited to the HR Interview (first stage) and the Technical Interview (second and final stage). The successful candidate can expect to receive an offer on Monday October 6th, with a planned start date of Tuesday October 7th.
