We’re looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Exhibition Senior Project Manager to lead the planning and delivery of large-scale, complex exhibition show floors within global events and conferences (100+ sponsors/exhibitors). This is a client-facing, hands-on role where you’ll coordinate internal teams, suppliers, and stakeholders to deliver exceptional sponsor and exhibitor experiences — on time, on budget, and to the highest possible standard.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Leading end-to-end exhibition delivery, from floor planning and creative build to onsite execution
  • Acting as the day-to-day exhibition contact for clients, building trusted relationships
  • Championing the sponsor experience and guiding internal teams toward a “sponsor-first” mindset
  • Creating and managing project documentation including timelines, trackers, and handbooks
  • Coordinating cross-functional teams including MPO Lead, Custom Build Lead, Technical Production, and Creative
  • Running weekly internal, supplier, and client meetings with clear agendas, status reports, and action tracking
  • Managing exhibition budgets up to $5M with monthly forecasting and cost-saving initiatives
  • Overseeing the onsite exhibition build and liaising with contractors, AV, and venue teams to ensure seamless delivery
  • Driving continuous improvement by leading post-event debriefs and implementing data-driven recommendations

What You Will Bring

We’re looking for a highly organized, proactive project manager who thrives in a fast-paced environment and has a track record of delivering complex exhibition floors at scale.

You’ll need:

  • 4+ years’ experience delivering large-scale exhibition projects, ideally as part of conferences or major events
  • Agency experience and proven client-facing experience
  • Excellent financial acumen with experience managing $5M budgets
  • Advanced Excel skills and confidence with Microsoft PowerPoint
  • Experience briefing creative teams and managing custom build/branding projects
  • Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders
  • Calm, solutions-focused approach under pressure with exceptional attention to detail

Other Requirements

  • Quiet home environment with reliable broadband (minimum 25MB download / 2MB upload)
  • Willingness to travel internationally (20–30% of working time)
  • Flexibility to work across time zones when required

Compensation: $100,000 – $115,000 (dependent on experience, location, and internal pay equity).
