About the role:
We’d like to hear from Senior Designers who would like to work with a diverse range of industrial B2B brand accounts across the globe. You’ll be a creative and ambitious individual looking to take your career to the next level in the world of design.
Professional and proficient in your approach, you’ll bring to Coda and our clients your can-do attitude that’s based on the latest techniques and best-practice across all digital and print channels. With an eye for detail, you’ll work within our large creative studio team that includes designers, videographers, copywriters and animators, to deliver high-end quality designs for our clients globally.
**Please note that while we operate a hybrid working policy, you will be expected to be able to onboard, attend team meetings and participate in planning activities at our office in Poole, Dorset as required, so please only apply if you are based within reasonable commuting distance or are considering relocation**
Responsibilities:
- Ensuring meticulous execution and production of visual assets to the highest of standards, from conception to delivery, in line with the client brand
- Showcase an expert understanding of design software alongside a keen eye for detail
- To understand what to product does, where it goes it and who is going to be buying it
- Work alongside Account Managers, Project Managers and Head of Studio to create and achieve the goals of the brief
- Collaborate with, and where necessary, brief other studio team members, to visually bring projects to life
- To adapt to several different design styles, brand guidelines and project requirements, within the required timeframe and budget
- Reviewing client work in line with elements of brand guardianship
Qualifications/experience:
- B2B Industrial experience
- Agency experience (5+ year)
- Senior Design experience (3+ years)
Essential skills:
- Strong print and digital design skills
- Proficient in the Adobe creative suite. A working knowledge of PowerPoint or willingness to learn is also key.
- Proficient in layout design and typography
- Excellent attention to detail when carrying out amends or design alterations.
- Familiarity with Figma would be beneficial
Essential requirements:
- Current passport
- Graphic Design Degree, or equivalent
- Marketing agency experience

Work Location: Hybrid – Remote / Coda HQ in Poole, BH14 0HU. (We mandate 1 office day per week for most roles, but we think 2 days p/week is ideal for balance and social connection with colleagues.)
