Network Engineer - DevOps - £600+ per day

Our client is one of the UK’s leading Challenger Banks and FinTechs, at the cutting edge of how IT can drive finance and evolve trading.

In their central Infrastructure team, they’re looking for an experienced Network Engineer with great Cloud, DevOps and automation skills.

This is an initial 6 month contract, inside IR35, fully remote and paying ~£600 per day+.

You’ll play a critical role in designing, implementing, and maintaining the core networking of our infrastructure platform and you’ll have the chance to work with nfrastructure as Code (IaC) automation and Azure DevOps tools - Ansible, Terraform etc.

Requirements:

• Proven experience of network design, implementation, automation and management
• VPNs, load balancing and Azure network services
• Strong knowledge of Routing, Switching and Firewalls
• Experience of Terraform, Ansible and Azure DevOps
• Solid knowledge of network security best practices
• CCNA certified or above
