We’re looking for a Salesforce Administrator/Developer who’s ready to take ownership of a growing Salesforce platform and push it into the future with AI-driven innovation.
As the Salesforce Administrator, you will be transforming how sales teams work, blending automation, Apex development, and cutting-edge AI tools.
As the Salesforce Administrator/ Developer, you will be responsible for:
- Drive advanced Salesforce administration and security.
- Build Flows and automations that simplify complex sales processes.
- Develop Apex code for custom logic, integrations, and data handling.
- Collaborate with sales teams to improve pipeline visibility and performance.
- Experiment with next-gen AI (Agentforce, Einstein Copilot) and test agentic workflows like autonomous SDR assistants.
- Ensure data quality, governance, and seamless integrations with other platforms.
- Keep pace with Salesforce releases and the latest AI capabilities.
As the Salesforce Administrator/ Developer you will have the following experience:
- Hands-on Salesforce experience- Administrator/ Development (80/20)
- Strong Apex coding (triggers, classes, batch jobs, SOQL/SOSL).
- Expert in Flows and declarative tools.
- Background in B2B sales processes (leads, accounts, opportunities, Experience Cloud).
- Exposure to Salesforce AI features and prompt engineering.
- Familiarity with DevOps tools (GitHub, Salesforce DX).
- Strong communicator who thrives in cross-team collaboration.
Nice to Have
- Experience with AI-driven workflows (e.g. routing bots, SDR assistants).
- Skills in LWC, Aura, or Visualforce.
- Knowledge of integrations with AWS, Azure, or other cloud services.
