Your key responsibilities:

  • Planning and launching in-game events, promotions, updates, and LiveOps cycles;
  • Designing, documenting, and implementing monetization features: offers, subscriptions, battle passes, gacha, stores;
  • Developing design documentation for game, meta, and LiveOps mechanics;
  • Initiating and overseeing A/B testing;
  • Analyzing data, working with metrics, and engagement;
  • Formulating hypotheses and proposing improvements based on data;
  • Collaborating closely with analysts, PMs, producers, developers, and UI/UX specialists.


Our candidate should have:

  • Experience in game design or LiveOps from 3 years, preferably in session midcore projects with multiplayer (PvP, action, strategy, etc.);
  • Experience in managing features from concept to post-release evaluation;
  • Understanding of game design principles and experience in designing game mechanics and levels;
  • Excellent knowledge of monetization models and patterns (including gachas, limited offers, battle passes);
  • Ability to formulate and document design ideas, describe features in a way that is understandable to the team;
  • Experience with analytics, ability to interpret metrics and use them to improve features;
  • Cross-functional interaction skills, communication skills, organization;
  • Flexibility, initiative and desire to develop the product.
