Responsibilities
- Engage in development of plans, procedures, processes & guidelines.
- Facilitate project team in delivery of scope of services as per defined management system.
- Engage with wider team on the project in gathering data and conduct analysis to identify trends and provide recommendations for areas for improvement through KPI monitoring and analysis.
- Liaise closely with project team to ensure compliance to developed standards and scope of services.
- Ensure internal management systems are understood and adequately implemented.
- Gather Lessons Learnt through deficiency management and feedback to programme wide stakeholders.
- Gather Best practice through Compliance identification and feedback to programme wide stakeholders.
- Assist in the audits of PMCMs and Contractors and engage in other internal and external audits.
- Conduct data analysis and periodic performance reports.
- Identify process non-conformance and manage to ensure adequate closure within the agreed timeframe.
- Assist in reviewing PMCM’s Quality Management Plans and ensure compliance to contractual requirements.
- Assist in the evaluation of other PMCM’s development and compliance to their internal and contractor’s audit plan.
- Liaise with the site supervision QA/QC team for the effective implementation of the quality management systems.
- Ensure Inspection and Test Plan and Method Statement Risk Assessment are compliant to programme and project requirements and facilitate reviews by the project team.
- Manage onboarding of new employees within the team and conduct orientation and periodic refresher training of new developments for systemic management of Programme and construction package activities.
- Facilitate project completion, testing & commissioning, and handover activities as per stakeholders’ require.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, or other relevant discipline.
- 15 years, experience in GCC preferred.
- Certified ISO 9001:2015 Lead Auditor, Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification from Project Management Institute (PMI) or equivalent, Certified Quality Engineer (CQE) Certification from American Society for Quality (ASQ) or equivalent.
- Effective communication and conflict management skills, maintains integrity, confidentiality and supports company values, attentive to detail and accuracy.
