Senior Marketing Operations Manager (f/m/d) in GERMANY

Remote 8 hours ago

We're looking for a Marketing Operations Manager who can be the driving force behind our inbound engine. Think less "hands-on Pardot/Hubspot admin" and more "architect of the entire lead journey." In this role, you'll be the bridge between marketing, sales, systems, and analytics - making sure every campaign flows seamlessly from first touch to closed deal.

You'll work side-by-side with RevOps, BI, and Sales to keep our systems tightly integrated, our campaigns conversion-focused, and our KPIs tied to what really matters: growth. As the right hand to our VP of Marketing, you'll turn bold strategies into flawless operations that fuel the pipeline and power our next stage of success.

What You'll Do:

Inbound Engine Ownership

  • Own the inbound lead gen process end-to-end, from form fill to SQL, including lead scoring, routing, and nurturing workflows.
  • Partner with RevOps to ensure SDR visibility and accountability on MQL/SQL follow-up.

Marketing Tech Stack

  • Own the MAP (Hubspot, Pardot, or equivalent) and its integration with SFDC, ensuring smooth connection to the RevOps architecture.
  • Collaborate with the RevOps Systems Manager to maintain a clean, scalable, cost-efficient tech stack.

Campaign Execution & Governance

  • Translate marketing strategy into campaigns Sales can execute, managing briefing → build → deploy → measure.
  • Ensure attribution models (multi-touch, lead-source logic) are accurate and consistent in SFDC.

KPIs & Reporting

  • Define and maintain source-of-truth metrics for TOFU, MOFU, and sales handoff, aligning with BI on dashboards and data models.
  • Ensure KPIs are relevant, consistent, and deliver actionable business insights.

Strategic Partnership

  • Serve as operational counterpart to the VP of Marketing and primary liaison to RevOps and Sales.
  • Proactively contribute to campaign planning, growth tests, and budget decisions as a marketing performance advisor.

What You Bring:

  • Proven Expertise: 5+ years of experience in Marketing Operations within B2B SaaS, transforming complex processes into scalable, efficient systems that drive growth
  • HubSpot Mastery: Deep hands-on expertise in marketing automation, serving as the go-to person for building, optimizing, and troubleshooting campaigns in HubSpot
  • Data-Driven Mindset: Strong reporting and analytical skills with the ability to deliver clear, actionable insights to senior leadership
  • Revenue System Fluency: Confident in Salesforce campaign objects, attribution models, and funnel definitions—ensuring data integrity and meaningful performance tracking
  • Pipeline Builder: Experience designing and scaling inbound lead funnels in close collaboration with SDR and AE teams, with a sharp focus on pipeline health
  • Impact over Vanity Metrics: Fluent in the language of MQL > SAL > SQL, while prioritizing metrics that truly move the needle for revenue
  • Systems Thinker: Skilled at connecting workflows, data, and people to create high-performing marketing engines
  • Cross-Functional Connector: Natural at aligning Sales, RevOps, and BI teams, keeping stakeholders unified and driving toward shared outcomes

Our Offer:

  • Autonomy: We want to hire you because of your expertise and knowledge and we'll give you the space to do your best work
  • Impact: You're not just keeping the lights on - you're building a system that turns demand into revenue. Your fingerprints will be on every lead that turns into a customer. If you like driving clarity, building clean systems, and being in the room where revenue decisions happen, this is your gig
  • Learning & Development: A €2,000 annual learning budget to invest in your skills
  • Work-life balance: 30 paid vacation days per year + 12 weeks of remote work (work from anywhere!)
  • Flexible work setup: you can work remotely from all over Germany, France or Poland, however we believe that in-person interactions are an important part of our team culture so we would like for you to visit us one week per quarter in our beautiful Berlin office
  • Mental health support: Access to the Nilo.health platform for therapy sessions + 1 mental health day per year 🌱
  • Perks & benefits: Memberships like Urban Sports Club, JobRad, or a subsidized BVG ticket
