Hiring: GTM Marketer - ABM Focus

Role Overview
BeatRoute is a high-growth Enterprise SaaS platform, trusted by leading retail and distribution enterprises worldwide. We are seeking a highly driven Go-to-Market (GTM) Marketer with an Account-Based Marketing (ABM) Focus to design and execute integrated, data-driven ABM strategies powered by AI. In this role, you will be responsible for creating targeted ABM programs that align sales, marketing, and product teams to engage high-value accounts, accelerate adoption across verticals, and influence revenue growth.
This role requires a mix of strategic thinking and tactical execution. You’ll leverage AI-native tools, multi-channel orchestration, and data-driven insights to deliver personalized experiences that resonate with key decision-makers and drive measurable outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
ABM Strategy & Campaign Execution
● Develop and execute tiered ABM programs (1:1, 1:few, and 1:many) to engage high-value target accounts.
● Orchestrate multi-channel ABM campaigns across email, LinkedIn, events, paid media, and direct outreach.
● Partner with sales to ensure account engagement strategies are aligned with pipeline goals and account plans.
● Drive adoption and visibility for new products and solutions in priority market segments.
AI-Driven Personalization & Orchestration
● Implement and optimize AI-native tools (n8n, Zapier, 6sense, Demandbase, etc.) to scale ABM workflows.
● Create AI-enabled playbooks for account insights, content personalization, and automated engagement.
● Experiment with emerging AI technologies (OpenAI, Perplexity, Claude) to continuously improve ABM impact.
Messaging & Content Alignment
● Craft account-specific messaging frameworks, value props, and campaign creative tailored by geography, persona, industry, and buying stage.
● Collaborate with marketing and sales to translate features into clear business outcomes for key accounts.
● Develop sales enablement assets (battlecards, outreach templates, case studies) for ABM motions with the help of the content team.
Measurement & Optimization
● Define and track ABM success metrics: account engagement, influenced pipeline, conversion rates, deal velocity.
● Build dashboards to report performance at the account and program level.
● Run A/B tests across messaging, channels, and offers to maximize engagement and ROI.
Required Qualifications
● 4+ years of experience in B2B SaaS or technology marketing with a strong background in ABM and outbound GTM.
● Proven track record of designing and running ABM campaigns that influenced pipeline and revenue.
● Hands-on expertise with AI-native automation and ABM platforms (n8n, Demandbase, 6sense, or similar).
● Strong understanding of sales and marketing tech stacks (HubSpot, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Clearbit, Apollo, etc.).
● Exceptional campaign planning, project management, and messaging skills.
● Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze engagement and funnel performance metrics.
Preferred Qualifications
● Experience scaling ABM programs in fast-paced startup or scale-up environments.
● Knowledge of intent data platforms, enrichment APIs, and lead scoring systems.
● Comfort with AI content generation tools (OpenAI, Jasper, Copy.ai, etc.) for campaign personalization.
Success Metrics
● Pipeline generated and revenue influenced from ABM campaigns.
● Account engagement scores and multi-stakeholder penetration in target accounts.
● Improved deal velocity and win rates from high-value accounts.
● Reduction in time-to-market for ABM programs through AI-powered automation.
