Senior Manager – Regional Marketing (Russia & CIS) | Dubai

We’re looking for an ambitious Senior Manager – Regional Marketing to lead growth across the Russia & CIS markets. This role requires fluency in Russian and English. It will be a high-impact role for someone with FinTech experience (preferably within trading or FX) who can combine strategic vision, commercial acumen, and strong stakeholder management.
This role will be based in Dubai. For those already in the region, fantastic. For those looking to relocate, full sponsorship and visa support will be provided.
What you’ll be doing:
- Developing and executing regional marketing strategies that drive growth, acquisition, and revenue
- Acting as the regional expert, shaping strategy and representing Russia & CIS across the wider business
- Driving onboarding funnel optimization to improve client experience and conversion
- Partnering with Sales, Product, and Partnerships teams to ensure marketing delivers against commercial goals
- Using data and insights to identify opportunities, remove friction points, and accelerate performance
- Championing the region internally, sharing insights, results, and opportunities with senior stakeholders
What we’re looking for:
- Proven regional marketing experience in the CIS region from a regional marketing leadership role within FinTech, ideally trading/FX
- A commercial mindset with a track record of driving measurable business growth
- Expertise across digital marketing, CRM, and funnel optimization
- Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional leadership skills
- Fluent Russian and English (written and spoken)
- Based in Dubai already – or open to relocating with full visa sponsorship provided
