In this role, you will define and drive the strategy for AI-powered products that enhance operational efficiency, decision-making, and customer experience. You will work closely with engineering, design, and marketing teams to deliver intuitive, impactful AI solutions that directly serve property managers, owners, and other core users. By conducting hands-on user research and analyzing customer feedback, you will identify friction points, shape requirements, and translate insights into actionable roadmaps. This role offers the opportunity to lead multi-million-dollar product initiatives, influence the AI product vision, and deliver measurable business outcomes in a fully remote, collaborative environment across Europe.

Accountabilities

As a Senior Product Manager, AI, you will:

  • Own the outcomes of AI product initiatives, driving results for a high-impact business line
  • Develop and execute the AI product vision, strategy, and roadmap, translating it into rapidly shippable projects
  • Collect, analyze, and act on customer, stakeholder, and internal feedback to define product requirements and features
  • Collaborate with sales, customer success, and engineering to deliver features that solve real user problems
  • Ensure AI products and releases are launched successfully and on schedule
  • Define, track, and analyze metrics to measure product success and identify opportunities for innovation
  • Make data-informed and creative recommendations to expand the product base and AI capabilities


Requirements

The ideal candidate will combine AI knowledge with strong product leadership skills:

  • 5+ years of product management experience, ideally in B2B/B2C SaaS
  • Strong understanding of AI/ML fundamentals, including evaluating feasibility, cost, latency, and model capabilities
  • Hands-on experience with LLMs, prompt design, quality control, and risk management
  • Experience integrating off-the-shelf AI solutions, APIs, SaaS AI services, and third-party ML products
  • Understanding of agentic AI concepts such as planning, tool use, and orchestration
  • Deep empathy for users, able to identify flows, friction points, and moments of delight
  • Proven ability to make decisions in uncertainty and lead by influence across cross-functional teams
