The Opportunity:
We're looking for someone with a fintech mindset and deep FX expertise to rebuild and relaunch the bank’s FX proposition from the ground up – from product design and platform strategy to digital execution and P&L ownership. You'll drive innovation, own the roadmap, and lead cross-functional execution across tech, marketing, risk, and sales.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and deliver a future-ready FX product strategy aligned to client needs and market trends
- Build new FX propositions and digital journeys for retail, SME, and institutional clients
- Drive commercial performance through data-led pricing and revenue strategies
- Lead product innovation through partnerships with fintechs and vendors
- Ensure compliance with UAE Central Bank regulations and internal risk frameworks
- Own the FX product P&L and drive portfolio growth through market-leading campaigns
What We’re Looking For:
- A background in FX product management within a leading fintech, digital bank, or global financial institution
- Strong understanding of FX instruments, markets, and regulatory environments
- Proven track record of launching and scaling FX products across customer segments
- Commercial mindset with P&L experience and data-driven decision-making skills
