Your Role:
- Contribute to a new greenfield project for a MedTech client
- Help define technological standards and support architecture decisions with Rust
- Collaborate with an experienced C++/C# developer team and support their transition to Rust
- Be part of building a Rust competence center
- Help shape the project from the ground up
Your Profile:
- University degree in Computer Science or equivalent
- At least 8 years of experience in software development, including 3 years using Rust
- Strong expertise in C/C++ and Embedded Linux; experience with C#/.NET is a plus
- Experience with real-time requirements in embedded systems
- Experience with Docker and Messaging in distributed systems
- Ability to support and upskill developers from other paradigms in Rust
- Experience with CI/CD using Azure DevOps (e.g., Cargo pipelines)
- Excellent English skills are essential, German language skills are an advantage
- Willingness to relocate to Switzerland
- Willingness to travel to the client site 2–3 days per week
