Brand Lead – Phuket (Creative & Digital Marketing)

Black Buoy is a creative consultancy working with ambitious brands across luxury, marine, lifestyle, and tech. We’re now establishing a base in Phuket — and we’re looking for a Brand Lead to help shape our presence and drive our projects forward.

About the Role:

As Brand Lead, you will:

• Develop and oversee brand strategy for clients and in-house projects
• Run campaigns across Meta, Google, and social platforms
• Lead and collaborate with a local team (social + video)
• Explore creative approaches with AI and new marketing tools
• Act as the point of contact for clients and partners

What We’re Looking For:

• Experience in branding, marketing, or creative strategy
• Strong Western communication skills
• Familiarity with paid campaigns and digital platforms
• A creative mindset with openness to new technologies
• Based in Phuket (or open to relocation)
