Why this role matters
The role is based in our
Limassol office, Cyprus. The
Senior Digital Designer will develop visual concepts and a wide range of design assets based on
Exness visual guidelines, presenting them to stakeholders and
collaborating across teams. We are looking for someone with a
strong background in branding projects and the
ability to take full ownership of visual identity work from concept to delivery.
Experience working on large-scale visual systems is a must. The main goal of this role is to
support global campaigns and ensure
design excellence for digital and print assets in alignment with the company’s brand identity.
What you'll actually do
- Develop creative concepts and participate in the development of global campaigns. Design all types of digital assets (web, banners, emails, landing pages) for internal and external use
- Create templates for different marketing assets to ensure scalability and consistency.
- Conceptualize and design websites for various purposes.
- Present and communicate visual concepts to internal teams and stakeholders.
- Collaborate closely with the creative team and all designers across the company.
Who We’re Looking For
- A relevant degree in Design, Visual Arts, or equivalent is preferred.
- 5+ years of experience in graphic/digital design.
- Strong design portfolio demonstrating extensive digital design experience.
- Proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite.
- Knowledge of design trends, industry standards, and digital media best practices.
- 3D design skills (basic or higher).
- Motion design skills (basic or higher).
- AI knowledge to generate creative concepts
- Previous fintech industry experience (advantage).
- English language is a must, any additional language will be considered as an advantage
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to take initiative and work independently.
- Ability to collaborate frequently with marketing, creative, and design teams across multiple geographies.
- Strong communication skills with experience presenting design concepts regularly to internal stakeholders.
