Volindo is building the next-generation travel platform to challenge Booking and Airbnb. With both B2B solutions (Volindo Enterprise) and a B2C social travel app, we help people and companies discover, plan, and book travel in a smarter and more engaging way.
Our team is ~100 people globally, with 40 in Product & R&D, and we’re now expanding our Dubai office.
The Role
We’re looking for a Technical Project Manager with a Product Owner mindset – someone who can combine delivery discipline with product thinking.
This is not a “classic” PM role: you’ll not only manage sprints and Jira boards but also work closely with Product and Engineering leads, influence backlog priorities, and ensure features deliver real value for end users.
What You’ll Do
- Drive sprint planning, execution, and reporting across squads (mobile, web, backend).
- Maintain backlog health and help shape stories/epics together with Product.
- Align dependencies between our B2C app, B2B platform, and Innovation tracks.
- Coordinate with engineering, design, QA, and leadership to keep delivery on track.
- Contribute to product discussions (prioritization, feature trade-offs, release scope).
- Plan and track releases for mobile & web.
- Provide clear status reports, risks, and metrics to leadership.
What We’re Looking For
- 3–5 years of Agile/Technical Project Management in product-oriented companies.
- Strong experience with Jira/Confluence and agile workflows.
- Ability to go beyond processes – understand product context and user value.
- Excellent communication, ownership mindset, and attention to detail.
- Background in tech environments (mobile/web/backend).
bonus points if you have:
- Experience with mobile app delivery cycles.
- Exposure to travel tech, booking systems, or SaaS.
- Hands-on product ownership or product management experience.
