Job Description

We’re looking for an IT Manager to build and own our internal IT function across Switzerland, Poland, and Singapore. You’ll ensure employees have secure, reliable, and efficient IT systems and processes, while supporting compliance and enabling the business to scale.

This is a hands-on role with room to grow into leadership. You’ll run day-to-day IT operations, improve tooling and processes, and coordinate vendors and local support. We’re looking for someone eager to step up, not someone set in their ways.

Key Responsibilities:

IT Operations & Support

  • Run IT service delivery across all locations (Switzerland, Poland, Singapore).
  • Manage SaaS platforms (Office365, Entra, Azure, Google Workspace, Slack, Atlassian, HRIS, CRM, etc.) and device management.
  • Oversee helpdesk operations: onboarding/offboarding, endpoint setup, troubleshooting, ticket management.
  • Coordinate with local staff/MSPs for hardware logistics and office IT needs.

Infrastructure & Security

  • Define and implement the future identity and device management stack (e.g. JumpCloud or alternatives), aligned with security and cost goals.
  • Implement and maintain identity/access management (SSO, MFA, role-based access).
  • Partner with Security to support ISO 27001 compliance and customer audits.
  • Monitor and enforce endpoint security, patching, and asset inventory.
  • Maintain networks, VPN, and connectivity in global offices.

Vendor & Budget Management

  • Manage IT vendor relationships, contracts, and renewals.
  • Optimize SaaS license usage and procurement.
  • Contribute to IT budget planning and tracking.

Leadership & Strategy

  • Grow into leading a lean IT team.
  • Help shape IT policies, standards, and processes.
  • Drive automation and self-service to improve employee experience.
  • Act as the main escalation point for IT issues globally.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of IT experience, with some exposure to leading or mentoring others.
  • Extensive hand-on experience with Microsoft 365 administration.
  • Prior Google workplace to Microsoft 365 migration expereince is a nice-to-have, not a must.
  • Solid background in SaaS tools, identity management, and device management.
  • Experience supporting distributed teams across multiple countries/time zones.
  • Understanding of IT security fundamentals and compliance frameworks (ISO 27001, GDPR).
  • Ability to manage vendors and track budgets.
  • Strong communication skills; able to partner with Security, Engineering, and Operations.
  • Comfortable working both strategically and hands-on.
