Jump and SAU Group are expanding into Dubai and looking for a Chief Technology Officer to lead our Destination Management Company and Lifestyle direction. We’re searching for a hands-on leader, ideally with experience in tourism, ready to drive innovation, develop our IT operations, and make sure our clients have a great experience as we keep growing fast.
Fluency in Russian is required to work remotely with a development team based in the CIS region. Strong English skills are also essential for communicating with business stakeholders. Regular business trips to Dubai are expected, with possible relocation in the future.
Responsibilities
- Define and implement the company’s technology strategy to support business objectives and growth.
- Lead and mentor engineering teams, fostering innovation, collaborative culture, and technical excellence.
- Oversee the design, development, and deployment of scalable software solutions.
- Ensure the security, reliability, and performance of technology infrastructure.
- Evaluate and implement new tools, technologies, and processes to improve product development.
- Collaborate closely with Product, Operations, and Business stakeholders to align technology deliverables with market needs.
- Manage budgets, timelines, and resources for technology projects.
Technical Requirements
- Proven experience working as a Chief Technology Officer or in a senior technology leadership role, minimum 2 years preferred.
- Strong software development background, specifically with Java.
- Practical experience with Flutter for cross-platform mobile applications.
- Hands-on expertise with React for modern web application development.
- In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Azure cloud ecosystem, including deployment, monitoring, and scaling.
- Strong understanding of software architecture, system integration, and DevOps practices.
