We're seeking 2 exceptional Full-Stack Engineers to lead our engineering efforts and shape the technical foundation of Markopolo. This is a rare opportunity to join at a pivotal moment – building core infrastructure that will power thousands of businesses worldwide.
What You'll Do
- Lead and architect the core technical infrastructure of our AI-powered platform
- Build scalable systems processing millions of customer interactions in real-time
- Integrate cutting-edge AI/ML models into production systems
- Design and implement APIs that power seamless customer experiences
- Own end-to-end feature development from conception to deployment
- Set engineering standards and best practices for the growing team
- Collaborate directly with founders on product strategy and technical decisions
What We're Looking For
- 5+ years of full-stack engineering experience
- Strong proficiency in modern web technologies (React/Vue/Angular, Node.js/Python/Go)
- Experience with AI/ML integration and real-time data processing
- Track record of building and scaling production systems
- Database expertise (PostgreSQL, Redis, vector databases)
- Cloud infrastructure experience (AWS/GCP/Azure)
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and ability to work autonomously
- Passion for building world-class products with global impact
Bonus Points
- Experience with marketing tech, e-commerce, or customer data platforms
- Prior startup experience or founding engineer background
- Open source contributions
- Experience with LLMs and modern AI frameworks
Compensation & Benefits
- Salary Range: $5,000 to $10,000 per month (based on experience)
- Equity: Significant ESOP allocation from our Series A round pool
- Location: Global position with optional relocation to our offices in San Francisco, Bangalore, Riyadh, or Dhaka

Work Environment
This is a global position with the option to work from any of our four offices: San Francisco, Bangalore, Riyadh, or Dhaka. The Commitment
We're building something extraordinary, and the first 3 months are critical. We're looking for engineers ready to commit 60-80 hours per week during this initial sprint as we build the core platform. After this intensive period, we'll transition to a more sustainable pace while maintaining our momentum.

Step 2: In-Person Coding Assessment — Successful candidates will be invited to our Dhaka/San Francisco/Bangalore office (if you are near these cities, we will opt for a remote test) for an in-person coding test. This is your chance to showcase your skills and see our work environment.
Step 3: Founder Interview — Final candidates meet directly with our founder to discuss vision, culture fit, and your role in shaping Markopolo's future.
Timeline: We aim to complete the entire process within 7-10 days from initial application.
