We’re Hiring: Machine Learning Engineer (Generative AI)

Location: Bengaluru (Relocation Required)

Key Responsibilities:

- Build and optimize generative models (GANs, diffusion models, transformers, LLMs).

- Prepare, preprocess, and augment datasets for AI tasks.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate ML into production systems.

- Fine-tune and evaluate models using domain-specific datasets.

- Stay ahead of the latest AI/ML research and bring fresh ideas to the table.

- Contribute to code reviews, documentation, and knowledge sharing.

Required Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s/Master’s in Computer Science, Data Science, AI/ML, or related field.

- 2+ years of hands-on experience in ML (preferably Generative AI).

Strong knowledge of PyTorch/TensorFlow/JAX.

- Proficiency in Python and libraries like Hugging Face, OpenCV, NumPy.

Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure) and ML tools (MLflow, Weights & Biases).

- Strong problem-solving and teamwork skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Exposure to LLMs (GPT, LLaMA, Mistral) or image-generation models (Stable Diffusion, DALL·E).

- Experience in prompt engineering, fine-tuning, or distillation.

- Published research/work in AI/ML.

- Prior product-driven environment experience.
