Job Title: Senior Compensation Operations Analyst

Job Summary
We are seeking a Senior Compensation Operations Analyst to join our Total Rewards Centre of Excellence. This role will provide operational and analytical support to the broad-based compensation team, ensuring smooth execution of compensation programs, maintaining data integrity, supporting system/process improvements, and collaborating cross-functionally to sustain compensation infrastructure.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide analytical and operational support for annual compensation cycles and market analysis.
- Maintain and enhance compensation systems and infrastructure.
- Partner with HRBPs, Talent Acquisition, Talent & Org Development, and HR Operations to streamline processes and improve data accuracy.
- Manage and respond to compensation-related queries via ServiceNow/AskHR.
- Support compensation survey participation and job matching up to Senior Director level.
- Collaborate with Compensation Partners to respond to employee inquiries regarding salary ranges.
- Support job requisition processes, including job data validation and creation of new job profiles.
- Administer and update job data in Workday HCM (salary ranges, job profiles, EIB templates, etc.).
- Assist with bonus accrual reporting and other monthly reporting.
- Provide operational support for implementation of new compensation programs/tools.
- Ensure compliance with compensation-related regulatory reporting and documentation.
- Manage vendor/consultant invoices and purchase orders.
- Participate in Workday HCM enhancements and maintenance activities.
- Contribute to ad-hoc compensation projects as assigned.
Required Skills & Competencies
- Strong Workday experience, especially in Advanced Compensation.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (formulas, reporting, data manipulation).
- Intermediate knowledge of Word and PowerPoint.
- Strong organizational, project management, and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Analytical mindset with strong attention to detail.
- Ability to learn quickly and build relationships across teams.
- Familiarity with ServiceNow (preferred).
- Understanding of compensation principles: market pricing, job evaluation, survey benchmarking, and regulatory reporting.
- Experience with compensation survey platforms (Aon/Radford, Mercer, WTW).
Education & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in compensation, HR operations, or related field.
