We are looking for a Head of Personal Brand (Brand Director) to own and scale a growing personal brand across multiple platforms. This role is ideal for a creative strategist who can lead brand vision, manage content workflows, and ensure that every public touchpoint reinforces a consistent, high-value identity that drives measurable growth and revenue.

You’ll collaborate with a team of editors guiding the creative direction rather than executing edits yourself. Your focus will be on strategy, consistency, reputation, and systems that allow the brand to expand quickly and effectively.


This is a full-time, in-person position based in Miami, FL. Relocation assistance is available for the right candidate.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Shape and scale the brand identity across YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, LinkedIn, X/Twitter, email, and livestreaming.
  • Research trends, competitors, and audience insights to inform brand direction.
  • Build and execute strategies that grow reach, engagement, and community impact.
  • Provide creative input on products, partnerships, and campaigns.
  • Manage a unified content calendar across all platforms.
  • Guide editors and content creator to deliver long-form and short-form content aligned with brand voice.
  • Oversee quality control for all creative assets, ensuring consistent tone, visuals, and positioning.
  • Approve brand guidelines for paid campaigns and enforce creative standards.
  • Repurpose content into evergreen assets.


Qualifications: 

  • Proven experience in brand management, creative direction, or content strategy.
  • Strong understanding of digital platforms (YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, LinkedIn, X/Twitter).
  • Ability to lead teams and manage multiple creative workflows.
  • Knowledge of branding, marketing, and social growth strategies.
  • Strong organizational and leadership skills.
