iZOBi ICO is building a unique marketplace that connects freelance service providers with homeowners and other service users. Our platform combines consumer services with Web3 innovations, empowering users through a decentralized ecosystem that integrates marketplaces, digital wallets, and crypto payment solutions.
We are looking for an experienced Web3 Product Manager to lead the vision, strategy, and execution of our marketplace, wallet, and payment products. This role is fully remote and focused on scaling our ecosystem for global adoption.
Key Responsibilities- Own the product roadmap for Marketplace, Wallet, and Payments verticals.
- Define product strategy, user stories, and KPIs aligned with business goals.
- Collaborate with engineering, design, and business stakeholders to deliver scalable solutions.
- Drive integration of crypto payments, wallets, and Web3-native user experiences.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify growth opportunities.
- Ensure compliance with US and international fintech and crypto regulations.
- Partner with marketing and growth teams to optimize user acquisition and retention.
Requirements- 4+ years of product management experience, with at least 2 years in Web3, fintech, or payments.
- Proven track record of launching and scaling consumer-facing products.
- Strong understanding of blockchain, crypto wallets, smart contracts, and payment rails.
- Experience with marketplace dynamics (supply & demand, liquidity, user retention).
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally in distributed teams.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a data-driven approach.
What We Offer- Salary: $145,000 – $165,000/year (competitive, above US market average)
