Account Executive - NYC - 5 days in office


Financial technology has long-existed. Yet, the vast majority of small businesses across America are still using traditional GSIBs / community banks / credit unions along with pen and paper to manage their finances.


Our client is building the product to transform how SMBs interact with their finances, and your job will be letting the world know about it, and making sure every small business in America is taking advantage of it.


LOCATION NYC

JOB TYPE Full-Time

  • This role is all about people. You'll be calling 100 business owners a day, attending trade shows, visiting pharmacies across the country, and hustling hard.
  • Lead end-to-end customer acquisition across key verticals (HVAC, Auto Dealers, MedSpas, Pharmacies) - Full cycle, lead to close
  • Source opportunities through inbound and outbound outreach
  • Own the full sales cycle and drive revenue for our client
  • Grow top of sales funnel through warm and cold outbound campaigns
  • Articulate our client's value proposition by using the appropriate sales qualification standards
  • Collaborate with product, design, and engineering teams to incorporate customer feedback

Compensation and Benefits:

  • Fully In Person (beautiful office - a full floor in Flatiron) - 5 days in office
  • TOTAL COMPENSATION Salary: $80K to $160K OTE + Equity EXPERIENCE 1-10+ years BENEFITS

  • Qualifications
  • At least 1 year of quota-carrying sales experience in a full-cycle closing role, with proven strength in prospecting, qualifying, negotiating, and closing deals.
  • Demonstrated success in scaling revenue for a product into the multi–seven-figure range.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Experience at an early stage hypergrowth startup.
  • Comfortable working with CRM tools (e.g. HubSpot), spreadsheets, and BI dashboards
  • Experience selling into SMB owners or non-tech buyer personas strongly preferred
  • You are a hunter
  • A high ownership, do what it takes mentality, that doesn't see a job as "just a job"
