Job Description:
We are seeking a talented and experienced Product Manager to join our AI/ML team in EGYPT. As a Product Manager, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our AI/ML products, driving their development from ideation to launch, and ensuring they meet the needs of our customers and the market.
Key Responsibilities:
Product Strategy and Vision:
- Define the product vision and strategy for AI/ML products.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape.
- Develop a comprehensive product roadmap aligned with business goals and customer requirements.
Product Development:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including data scientists, engineers, and designers, to develop and deliver AI/ML products.
- Oversee the entire product lifecycle from concept to launch, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery.
- Prioritize features, set goals, and manage the product backlog.
Stakeholder Management:
- Engage with internal and external stakeholders to gather feedback, validate product ideas, and ensure alignment with business objectives.
- Communicate product vision, progress, and results to senior management and other stakeholders.
Market and Customer Insights:
- Analyse market trends, customer feedback, and usage data to identify opportunities for product improvement and innovation.
- Conduct user testing and gather customer feedback to refine product features and functionality.
Performance Monitoring:
- Define and track key performance metrics to measure product success and identify areas for improvement.
- Utilize data analytics to make informed decisions and optimise product performance.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
- Proven experience as a Product Manager, preferably with a focus on AI/ML products.
- Strong understanding of AI/ML technologies, trends, and applications.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies is a plus.
