OverviewAzumo is looking for a Business Analyst to lead software development initiatives and other personalized development projects.
The position is FULLY REMOTE based in Latin America.
As a Business Analyst, you will collaborate cross-functionally with business and technical teams to ensure the successful delivery of projects.
The position demands a hands-on, results-oriented individual who is adept at gathering and analyzing business requirements, managing project backlogs, and ensuring effective task management throughout the project lifecycle.ResponsibilitiesCollaborate with business teams and technical engineering teams to understand, document, and analyze business requirementsManage and prioritize project backlogs, ensuring tasks are completed efficiently and effectivelyEmploy Agile methodologies to define and deliver high-quality solutionsPrepare and deliver project status reports to senior management and stakeholdersWork closely with development teams to ensure that requirements are translated into functional solutionsMonitor project progress and adjust priorities as necessary to meet deadlinesCreate and maintain project documentation, including user stories, requirements, and acceptance criteriaActively participate in discovery processes - generating the documentation that will be useful for future phasesQualificationsBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field4+ years of experience as a Business AnalystFluent in English (essential)Experience working within Agile environments, particularly Scrum and KanbanExperience with JIRA and NotionAbility to prioritize tasks, manage competing deadlines, and maintain focus on key objectivesStrong collaboration and interpersonal skills to work across cross-functional teamsThe candidate's experience as a PM will be evaluatedBased in Latin AmericaBenefitsPaid Time OffTrainingUdemy Free Premium accessMentored Career DevelopmentU.S.
