Role & Responsibilities
Improve and automate deployment and release processes
Devise strategies for deploying complex machine learning models efficiently
Optimise our Google Cloud and Kubernetes Infrastructure
Create robust monitoring and fault detection systems for comprehensive oversight
Enhance database communication code for improved efficiency and usability
Optimise SQL and NoSQL databases for seamless operation
Analyse and refine crucial database queries for enhanced performance
Requirements
MUST HAVE
3+ years experience in a similar role
Experience with a JVM-based language like Java
Deep understanding of relational databases
Experience with cloud environments like GCP, AWS or Azure
Experience with Jenkins, command line interference and Kubernetes
Familiarity with Linux shell scripting
Fluent English language skills, both spoken and written
Bonus points for
Experience in coding with Scala
Knowledge about NoSQL databases
A valid work permit in Austria
