What You Will Be Doing
- Develop sophisticated AI Opportunity Matrices that strategically rank customer problems by AI feasibility, business value, and risk—creating a definitive framework for investment decisions
- Architect comprehensive AI-Enhanced Product Roadmaps that transform our current offerings into industry-leading AI solutions, with clear metrics for success and implementation pathways
- Create precise AI Feature Requirements that translate advanced capabilities into executable user stories with rigorous acceptance criteria and performance benchmarks
- Conduct thorough Customer AI Readiness Assessments to identify adoption barriers and develop strategic enablement plans that accelerate successful implementation

- Navigating bureaucratic approval processes that stifle innovation and slow decision-making
- Developing theoretical AI capabilities disconnected from measurable customer value or business outcomes
- Managing incremental product improvements that fail to leverage the transformative potential of Generative AI
- Working in isolation from executive leadership or without direct influence on company strategy
Vice President Of Products Key Responsibilities
Drive substantial revenue growth and customer retention by strategically implementing Generative AI capabilities across IgniteTech's entire product portfolio, transforming standard enterprise software into indispensable AI-powered solutions.
Basic Requirements
- Proven track record of successfully shipping at least 2 commercial products or major features with AI/ML as core functionality (prototypes and experiments insufficient)
- Demonstrated experience managing the complete product lifecycle for AI-enabled solutions—from initial concept through scaled deployment
- Established history of effective collaboration with data science and ML engineering teams in a product leadership capacity

Working with us
This is a full-time (40 hours per week), long-term position. The position is immediately available and requires entering into an independent contractor agreement with Crossover as a Contractor of Record. The compensation level for this role is $200 USD/hour, which equates to $400,000 USD/year assuming 40 hours per week and 50 weeks per year. The payment period is weekly.
