Traditional cloud operations are drowning in manual interventions, reactive firefighting, and deployment bottlenecks. While 73% of organizations struggle with operational inefficiencies, most are merely scratching the surface of AI's transformative potential in infrastructure management.
At IgniteTech, we're revolutionizing cloud operations through our AI-first philosophy. We don't just use AI—we embed it into the DNA of our infrastructure, creating systems that anticipate issues, self-optimize, and evolve autonomously. Our approach transcends conventional DevOps by building intelligent environments that learn, adapt, and improve without constant human oversight.
This role breaks the mold of traditional DevOps engineering. Instead of being tethered to alerts and manual interventions, you'll architect AI systems that preemptively resolve 95% of potential issues and slash deployment times by 30% through intelligent automation. We're seeking a forward-thinker who sees AI not as a tool but as a collaborative partner in infrastructure excellence.
Join our global innovation team and help redefine what's possible in cloud infrastructure. Your expertise will drive our mission to deliver AI-powered operational brilliance that sets new industry standards. If you're passionate about pushing AI boundaries and creating self-evolving cloud solutions, we want you on our team as we pioneer the next generation of intelligent infrastructure.

- Elevating CI/CD pipelines with intelligent automation to streamline deployments and minimize human intervention in routine processes
What You Won’t Be Doing
- Engaging in traditional manual monitoring, reactive troubleshooting, or repetitive maintenance tasks—your mission is to design AI systems sophisticated enough to handle these responsibilities autonomously
DevOps Engineer Key Responsibilities
- Engineer frictionless scalability solutions and performance optimization for AI-enhanced cloud environments, maintaining 99.99% uptime while delivering intelligent software enhancements that anticipate and adapt to client requirements

- Demonstrated expertise with AI and machine learning tools for infrastructure monitoring, predictive analytics, and automation (or exceptional eagerness to rapidly develop these competencies)
- Advanced programming capabilities with emphasis on creating AI-augmented processes and automation workflows
