Your Scope.
- Lead and manage the operations of large-scale distributed systems to ensuring the seamless management of critical incidents.
- Provide creative solutions to complex problems and removing obstacles.
- Take charge of incident management, implementing automated solutions for efficient incident resolution within assigned clusters.
- Elevate the reliability of products and services by conducting in-depth post-incident analyses and reducing operational burdens.
- Champion automation initiatives to streamline repetitive tasks across various toolsets.
- Establish and maintain SLOs and SLIs to ensure high reliability standards.
- Mentor and guide a team of SREs, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and collaboration.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Min. of 8 years of experience in SRE/DevOps, with at least 3 years in a lead or senior role.
- Excellent communication skills in English, with strong problem-solving, customer-centric, and critical thinking abilities.
- Strong understanding of Linux, scripting languages (Python, Bash, etc.)
- Experience with infrastructure automation tools (Ansible, Terraform, etc.)
- Experience with monitoring systems (Prometheus, Grafana, etc.) is a plus.
- Experience in Java or Python development.
