Full-Stack Developer (Equity + Monthly Expenses)

We are looking for a Full-Stack Developer to join as a founding tech team partner in building a Tokenised Equity Crowdfunding Platform — a production-grade, global platform where startups raise funds and investors participate via tokenised equity.

This is not a prototype or MVP — we are building a scalable, secure, real-world platform. We are offering equity in the company, plus a monthly expense allowance (not a full-time salary initially).

Location & Commitment

• Open to candidates from any location.
• May require relocation or travel to Dubai or Lithuania once the platform goes live.
• Flexible working arrangements during build phase.

What You’ll Do

• Lead end-to-end development of the platform.
• Build production-ready features and modules
• Integrate Supabase (auth, database, storage, edge functions).
• Connect with Thirdweb SDK for token minting and buybacks - this is already been built, will be integrated in to the frontend.
• Develop investor & startup dashboards, onboarding workflows, and milestone-based funding approvals.
• Ensure scalable architecture, secure authentication, and smooth UX.
• Collaborate directly with the founder on product roadmap & technical direction.

Skills & Experience We’re Looking For

• Strong expertise in React + TypeScript.
• Proven experience with Supabase (auth, RLS, edge functions, storage).
• Hands-on with Web3 integrations (Thirdweb or similar).
• Experience building crowdfunding / fintech / SaaS platforms.
• Ability to ship commercial-grade production platforms, not just MVPs.
• Familiarity with deployment (Vercel/Netlify, AWS, etc.).
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and ownership mindset.
