The Opportunity:

We are looking for a strategic and self-directed Remote Salesforce Training Manager to design and lead our global enablement program. In this high-impact role, you will be responsible for ensuring our distributed team has the Salesforce knowledge and skills they need to excel. You will create a connected learning experience that drives platform adoption, boosts productivity, and delivers measurable ROI—all from your home office.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Enablement: Develop and execute a comprehensive, remote-first training strategy for all user groups (Sales, Service, Marketing, etc.), aligned with business objectives.
  • Virtual Content Creation: Design and develop engaging, on-demand learning materials for a remote workforce, including video tutorials, interactive e-learning modules, virtual instructor-led (VILT) curricula, and digital quick-reference guides.
  • Engaging Virtual Delivery: Facilitate dynamic and interactive virtual training sessions using platforms like Zoom and MS Teams. Foster participation and collaboration among remote attendees.
  • Program & LMS Management: Own and administer our Learning Management System (LMS) to deliver, track, and measure training effectiveness across the organization.
  • Data-Driven Improvement: Establish KPIs to measure training impact on platform adoption and business metrics. Use data to continuously refine and improve the training program.
  • Remote Change Advocacy: Champion Salesforce adoption within a remote culture. Communicate new releases and features effectively through digital channels and build a vibrant online community of Super Users.

What You Bring (Qualifications):

  • Proven Experience: 5+ years in a training, enablement, or instructional design role, with at least 3 years focused on Salesforce.
  • Salesforce Expertise: Deep functional knowledge of the Salesforce platform. Salesforce certifications (e.g., Administrator, Advanced Administrator, CPQ Specialist) are highly preferred.
  • Master Remote Facilitator: Exceptional virtual presentation and facilitation skills. You know how to keep a remote audience engaged and can manage digital classroom dynamics with ease.
  • Self-Starter: A proactive, results-oriented mindset with superb time management and organizational skills. You thrive in a remote setting with minimal supervision.
  • Tech-Savvy Creator: Experience with e-learning authoring tools (Articulate 360, Camtasia, Vyond) and virtual collaboration platforms (Slack, Teams).
  • Excellent Communication: Outstanding written and verbal communication skills are non-negotiable for success in a remote role.

Bonus Points (Nice-to-Haves):

  • Experience building a training program for a fully remote company.
  • Experience with a specific Salesforce product crucial to our business (e.g., Revenue Cloud, Marketing Cloud, Tableau CRM).
  • LMS administration experience
