Job Summary

We are seeking a Marketing Manager to lead and coordinate our multi-channel marketing presence. This role is responsible for managing social media accounts (LinkedIn, YouTube, Instagram, X, Discord), building and scheduling campaigns, creating email sequences, running ads, and ensuring brand consistency across all platforms. You will collaborate with our production company, designer, and affiliate marketing manager, making sure that content is published on time, discount codes are maintained, and every marketing feature is used to its full potential.

This role requires a detail-oriented professional who thrives on organization, consistency, and ensuring all moving parts in marketing come together seamlessly.


Key Responsibilities

Campaign & Content Coordination:

  • Plan, coordinate, and post content across all social platforms, ensuring coherence and consistency.
  • Manage marketing campaigns end-to-end, including emails, promo sequences, and ads.
  • Oversee setup, testing, and QA for discount codes, promotions, and website banners.
  • Collaborate with the production company on video scheduling and with the designer on creatives.


Marketing Operations & Oversight:

  • Ensure all accounts are up to date, properly linked, and maximized for visibility and performance.
  • Maintain internal SOPs for marketing workflows and promotions.
  • Track campaign performance and provide regular updates to leadership.
  • Work with the affiliate marketing manager to supply approved creatives and align campaigns.


Cross-Team Collaboration:

  • Coordinate with risk, compliance, and leadership on marketing-related approvals.
  • Partner with other departments to ensure consistent messaging across all trader-facing channels.
  • Communicate updates via Slack announcements and internal channels to keep teams aligned.


Continuous Improvement:

  • Monitor marketing tools and processes, suggesting improvements to maximize efficiency.
  • Stay current with best practices in digital marketing, social media trends, and campaign execution.


Qualifications

Required

  • Proven experience in marketing operations, digital marketing, or campaign coordination.
  • Strong organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail.
  • Proficiency with social platforms (LinkedIn, YouTube, Instagram, X, Discord).
  • Experience with email marketing platforms (Infusionsoft/Keap, Mailchimp, or similar).
  • Solid understanding of campaign setup, tracking, and QA.


Preferred

  • Experience with WooCommerce, CRM platforms, or affiliate/partnership campaigns.
  • Knowledge of financial markets, trading platforms, or fintech environments.
  • Familiarity with ads management (Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads).


Work Environment & Expectations

  • Fully remote contractor engagement.
  • Must maintain at least 5 hours of overlap with U.S. Eastern Time for meetings and collaboration.
  • High responsiveness and accountability in a fast-moving, global team environment.
  • Engagement typically requires 40+ hours per week, with flexibility to manage your own schedule while meeting deadlines and campaign timelines.
