Preventive Medicine Physician - $300k Bonus

This is a full-time, in-person, active-duty opportunity. Not remote. Not telemedicine.

Position Details:

• Specialty: Preventive Medicine

• Locations: San Diego, CA, Portsmouth, VA & Pearl Harbor, HI (Relocation Costs 100% Covered)

• Starting Annual Compensation: $250,000 – $275,000

Who We’re Looking For:

• MD or DO from an accredited U.S. school (or ECFMG certified)

• Completion of Preventive Medicine Residency (or final year resident)

• BC/BE in Preventive Medicine

• U.S. Citizenship

• Between the ages of 21 and 64 (Title 10 U.S. Code section 531 and 532)
