Job Description:

Baweja Media is looking for a Digital Marketing Associate who is passionate about online marketing and eager to contribute to real business growth. This is a remote, full-time position offering the opportunity to lead and support digital campaigns, manage content strategies, and collaborate with a dynamic team of professionals.

As part of our core marketing team, you’ll play an active role in executing real campaigns, interacting with leads and clients, and driving engagement through creative strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and execute digital marketing strategies across platforms (Meta, Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Google)
• Create, manage, and optimize social media campaigns
• Develop engaging content (posts, captions, ads, creatives)
• Perform SEO/SEM tasks and analyze performance metrics
• Handle email marketing, lead generation, and follow-up processes
• Collaborate with team members to support marketing goals
• Stay up to date with industry trends and new marketing tools

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree and good at mathematics
• Proven interest or experience in digital marketing
• Solid understanding of social media platforms, trends, and tools
• Knowledge of SEO, content marketing, and email campaigns
• Proficiency with tools like Canva, Google Workspace, or Meta Ads Manager
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong organizational skills and ability to work independently in a remote environment
• A working laptop/desktop with stable internet connection
