Shopify Web Designer (Full-time & remote)
We’re hiring a Shopify Web Designer to join our fast-growing team at VIKST. This is a full-time remote position for someone who understands not just how to design nice eCommerce websites, but knows how to create high-converting, user-friendly experiences that drive results.
You’ll work closely with our performance and development team - from landing pages to full store designs - primarily using Figma and Shopify.
If you’re a visual thinker who’s obsessed with clean UX, understands what makes users convert, and wants to work on exciting DTC brands across the UAE and GCC, this is for you!
What you’ll do:
- Design high-performing eCommerce websites and landing pages inside Figma
- Work with our developer to bring your designs to life on Shopify (you don’t need to code)
- Translate briefs into clean, mobile-first, conversion-optimised designs
- Own the full design flow
- Join team calls and work inside Trello/Slack to stay aligned with the team
We’re looking for someone who:
- Has experience designing websites
- Is highly skilled in Figma (web, mobile, components, prototyping)
- Understands the difference between "looking nice" and actually converting
- Has a strong understanding of eCommerce UX/UI, especially on mobile
- Can work independently and manage multiple design tasks at once
- Communicates clearly, meets deadlines, and thrives in a remote setup
