Responsibilities
- Brand Design: Maintain and evolve our visual identity across all digital and print touchpoints.
- Content Creation: Design compelling graphics for websites, social media, email campaigns, webinars, collateral, and events.
- Presentation Design: Develop polished client-facing slide decks in Microsoft PowerPoint and Google Slides to support sales and marketing initiatives.
- Video Editing & Animation: Edit webinar recordings and marketing videos using Adobe Premiere Pro; create animations to bring campaigns and product materials to life (bonus if you have After Effects experience).
- Trend Awareness: Stay informed on design trends, especially within SaaS and B2B technology, to keep our visuals fresh and competitive.
- Collaboration: Partner closely with marketing, product, and development teams to deliver cohesive and impactful visuals on time.
- Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities to enhance design processes, tools, and output quality.
Requirements
- Experience: 3–4 years in brand and graphic design, ideally within a SaaS or B2B technology environment.
- Technical Skills: Advanced proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro), plus experience with Figma, Sketch, or similar design tools. After Effects proficiency is a plus.
- Marketing Tools: Familiarity with HubSpot and landing page design best practices.
- Portfolio: A strong portfolio demonstrating brand design, digital marketing assets, and (optionally) animation work.
- Mindset: A self-starter with a proactive approach, eager to take ownership and drive creative initiatives.
- Soft Skills: Strong communication and collaboration abilities, with attention to detail and an ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
