Product Designer
Location: Remote (must be based in the US)

Base salary: $90k–$115k
About the Role
We are seeking a Product Designer who is passionate about crafting exceptional user experiences and clean, modern interfaces. In this role, you’ll collaborate directly with the CEO and cross-functional teams to design products that are intuitive, engaging, and impactful for our users in the US and UK markets.
You’ll drive the full design lifecycle—from concept sketches and wireframes to polished UI and shipped features—ensuring every interaction feels seamless and user-friendly.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with the CEO, engineers, and product managers to shape product direction through design.
- Translate complex problems into simple, elegant design solutions.
- Build user flows, prototypes, and visual assets for new features and product launches.
- Conduct user research and gather feedback to validate and iterate on designs.
- Maintain consistency through design systems and brand guidelines.
- Ensure designs are feasible and implemented with high quality by working closely with developers.
Requirements
- 3–6 years of experience as a Product Designer, UX/UI Designer, or similar role in tech.
- Strong portfolio showcasing user-centric, digital product design work.
- Proficiency with modern design tools (Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD).
- Familiarity with user research methods and usability testing.
- Strong understanding of responsive design and accessibility standards.
- Excellent collaboration and communication skills.
