In this role, you will be pivotal in ensuring that Spanish-speaking clients receive the highest standard of service and support. Your contributions will help safeguard our clients' digital environments while providing them with valuable customer service.
Responsibilities
- Engage with Spanish-speaking customers via phone, email, and chat to address inquiries regarding cybersecurity products and services
- Provide clear explanations and guidance on product features, ensuring customers understand how to protect their online presence
- Assist in troubleshooting issues and resolving customer complaints with a focus on customer satisfaction
- Maintain comprehensive documentation of customer interactions and provide feedback to improve service processes
- Collaborate with the cybersecurity team to stay informed about the latest security trends and product updates
- Promote cybersecurity awareness among customers through education and support efforts
- Fluency in Spanish (both written and spoken); a good command of English is preferred
- Experience in customer service, preferably within the technology or cybersecurity sectors
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong desire to help customers
- Problem-solving capabilities and a proactive approach to addressing customer needs
- Familiarity with CRM software and basic technical knowledge related to cybersecurity
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment with minimal supervision
- A keen interest in cybersecurity and a commitment to continuous learning in this field
