Key Responsibilities
- Manage customer inquiries regarding technology products and services via phone, email, and live chat in Spanish
- Assist customers with product information, troubleshooting, and account management
- Provide timely updates on orders, service issues, and technical support queries
- Resolve issues and complaints effectively to ensure customer satisfaction
- Document all customer interactions accurately in the CRM system for quality assurance
- Collaborate with internal teams to address customer needs and improve service offerings
- Stay updated on product developments and industry trends to provide accurate information to customers
Requirements
- Fluency in Spanish (both written and spoken) is essential; proficiency in English is a plus
- Prior experience in customer service, ideally within the technology sector
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a strong customer-centric approach
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to handle multiple inquiries and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Familiarity with CRM software and general computer applications
