Korean language Human Resources Generalist (35497) in United Estate

A logistics and warehousing company in the east Nashville, TN area is looking for a Korean / English bilingual Human Resources Generalist to remotely support their new warehousing project in the Fort Knox, KY area. The ideal candidate has working proficiency in the Korean language and a least 1-year of HR or administration experience in a logistics or manufacturing industry.

*This is a full-time, direct hire role with comprehensive benefits package.

Responsibility for Korean language Human Resources Generalist:

  • Participate in various HR workflows including onboarding, I-9 Forms, benefits administration, workers' compensation claims, unemployment claims, COBRA admin, etc)
  • Serve as contact for local leadership and HR generalists' inquiries
  • Support OSHA and safety compliance from an HR perspective
  • Manage ongoing internal and external labor-related initiatives
  • Conduct all aspects of monthly payroll process through ADP and post payroll journal entries in accounting system
  • Support HR Manager in implementation of labor programs and recruitment/interview processes
  • Ensure compliance with Federal and multi-State legislation related to all human resources matters
  • Other HR Administrative tasks as assigned by HR Manager.


Minimum Requirements for Human Resources Manager:

  • Korean / English Bilingual Skills at Professional Level (Read, Write, and Speak)
  • Bachelor Degree in Human Resources or related field is preferred
  • 1+ years of HR experience, preferably in a warehousing or manufacturing industry.
  • Direct experience in handling payroll, benefits, and 401(k)
  • Computer proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook).
  • Experience with HRIS systems; ADP experience is preferred
  • Astute problem-solving and coaching skills
  • Physical requirements: Must be able to sit, stand, and walk regularly. Must be able to use hands to feel, grasp, lift, and manipulate a variety of paperwork and interact with a computer. Must be able to see and hear with the ability to use near, distance, color, and peripheral vision.
